We have training and placement cell which provides immense support for arranging training and placement opportunities for our students. This cell is constantly working towards achieving the ultimate goal of student employment in industries or to help them begin their own business venture. On regular interval, the cell organizes activities and several other workshops giving the students with scope to become effective team leaders and team players.
GVMITM’s Training and Placement Cell is self-contained focused area. This area is headed by very professional faculties having great record in their respective industries. They have deeply rooted association along with them, the corporate culture, influential patronage and closely-knit relationship with quite a few industries which further help us in offering opportunities to students.
This twofold cell covers augmenting internal competencies by fostering contemporary grooming of students and by enabling industry to identify and absorb intellectuals with requisite technical & managerial skills.
The cell further strive to achieve 100 percent training and placement for students of different programs and does cater to the need of self-employment through technical & managerial assistance thus enabling the future entrepreneurs to start their own ventures.
The staunch corporate patronage, which benchmarks GVMITM Sonepat, originates from its explicit focus to produce world-class technocrats & managers for which the corporate interaction weaves the thread. Guest sessions from doyens of industry feature in every semester enabling students to grapple with the real life industry situations while hands on their academic learning. These exposures make the students ready and mature enough to discharge their duties diligently in the organization where they are employed.
The T & P dept. arranges regular industrials visits for the students, these industrial visits are crucial for understanding and imbibing the culture of the industry where the students associate their academic input with the industry objectively. GVMITM Sonepat in its nascent phase has in fact set a trend to be emulated upon and the growth in employment witnessed through campus recruitment demonstrates the confidence of our stakeholder. |
